December 2012

This is a poem by Emily Dickenson. I wrote it down in my journal on December 30th of last year and it’s all I wrote that day.

I’m nobody! Who are you?
Are you nobody too?
Then there’s a pair of us-don’t tell!
They’d banish- you know?

How dreary to be somebody?
How public like frog
To tell one’s name the livelong day
To an admiring bog!
